- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including making beds and maintaining patients' rooms.
- Supervise patients' exercise routines, and assist with inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
As a Nurse Aide with Benco Health Services Inc., you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care. You will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including home care, hospitals, and nursing homes.
Requirements- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Work Hours: 32 to 36 hours per week.
