About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at SUNNY CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Service Recommendations: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Payment and Invoicing: Manage the payment process for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that invoices are accurate and timely.
  • Team Support: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff to help them perform their duties effectively.
  • Department Coordination: Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
