Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales leadership experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
