Landscape Worker Job Description

XCEL Landscape Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscape Worker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Perform tasks such as cutting grass, raking, and collecting refuse, as well as removing litter and garbage.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, ensuring they receive the necessary care and attention.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Work Environment:

The Landscape Worker will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, often in varying weather conditions. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
