We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse client groups, develop new mental health program content, and leverage novel approaches to deliver mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological assessments with adults for various goals, including treatment planning
  • Provide evidence-based treatments grounded in cognitive-behavioral approaches
  • Develop and evaluate mental health programs
  • Consult with other mental health service team members and clinical interdisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to in-house training sessions and interdisciplinary case discussions
  • Contribute to program outcome evaluations at the provincial and national level
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university
  • Current registration in good standing with the Nova Scotia Board of Examiners in Psychology
  • Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and with third party payers
  • Utilization of telehealth/virtual care methods
