We are seeking a highly skilled Predictive Modeling Specialist to join our team at BrokerLink. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and improving our customer experience.



Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain sustainable predictive analytics models that drive meaningful insights and recommendations. You will work autonomously on challenging strategic projects, analyzing large volumes of data from multiple sources to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to complex challenges.



A successful candidate will have a university degree, certifications in mathematics, actuarial science, finance or economics, and at least five years of experience in the P&C insurance sector. You will be proficient in programming languages such as SAS, VBA, R, or Python, and possess desirable competencies such as adaptability, innovation, analytical thinking, decision-making, and strong communication skills.



As a Business Intelligence Professional, you will support and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to advance current analytics processes and drive change through process improvements. About the Role

The successful candidate will have:




  • University Degree
  • Certifications in Mathematics, Actuarial, Finance or Economics, ACAS or FCAS preferred
  • 5 years or more of actuarial experience (preferably in the P&C Insurance sector)
  • Good knowledge with SAS, VBA, R or Python
  • Desirable competencies: adaptability, innovative, analytical, decision making, critical thinking, stellar communication, planning and organizing, team oriented
