Job Summary:

WestRock is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Millwright to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing long-term solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical equipment and systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspections
  • Assist with the installation and fabrication of plant equipment
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements:

  • Provincial Red Seal Certified Industrial Millwright
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Industrial Millwright
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
