Job Summary:
WestRock is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Millwright to join our maintenance team in Calgary, Alberta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing plant equipment, maintaining preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring the safe operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical equipment and systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication and inspections
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and perform repairs as needed
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Develop and implement long-term solutions to equipment problems
Requirements:
- Provincial Red Seal Certified Industrial Millwright
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Industrial Millwright
- Technical knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
