Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead our engineering department in the production of mechanical and electronic components. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Production Oversight: Manage the production process, including mechanical and electronics parts manufacturing and assembly.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality specifications and industry standards through rigorous testing and inspections.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to meet production schedules.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical challenges and support the development of new tools and technologies.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and work towards achieving individual and team goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment involving both mechanical and electronic components.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards, as well as excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience with pipeline inspection tools or related technologies.
  • Skills: Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies, as well as advanced proficiency in production management software and tools.
