Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as RRSP matching.

Responsibilities:
As a key member of our HR team, the Payroll Administrator will be responsible for:
  • Processing semi-monthly payrolls for all salaried and hourly employees
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive employee data
  • Administering benefit enrollments and terminations
  • Assisting in preparing and analyzing market salary survey data
  • Managing health and safety related programs
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to employees

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
  • A post-secondary education in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of payroll and HR administration experience, preferably in an engineering or technical services environment
  • Certification as a CHRP, or currently pursuing CHRP designation, is a definite asset
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
