Duties and Responsibilities of a Maintenance Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented maintenance attendant to join our team at Choe Management.
This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work independently, under pressure, and with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent physical capabilities, including the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and walk for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Dust and Clean Furniture: Dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a high level of cleanliness.
- Bathroom and Kitchen Cleaning: Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, as well as operating rooms and elevators.
- Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and handle lost and found items.
- Housekeeping: Make beds, change sheets, pick up debris, and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset but not necessary.
- Transportation: Own transportation is required.
- Language: English language skills are essential.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
