This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. A valid driver's license is also required, as you will be responsible for transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation of exterior prefabricated products, including roofing and siding materials
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
