Clinical Services Manager

The Clinical Services Manager, Pharmacy role will oversee the day-to-day operations and provide leadership to the pharmacist teams to employ best practices, effective communication, and leading processes in delivering safe, competent, and ethically patient-centered and cost-effective services using evidence-informed and stakeholder engagement approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Support the management and oversight of clinical services and supports, department communications, human resources management, orientation, training, and staff development.
- Quality Improvement: Monitor and respond to quality, safety, risk, and other performance indicators, and facilitate an interprofessional collaborative approach to care.
- Operations: Ensure the regular review and updating of policies and procedures, manage all staffing requirements cost-effectively, and identify issues and challenges requiring targeted interventions.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Clinical Services Manager, Pharmacy, and other members of the management team across the sites to develop and implement the delivery of efficient, safe, and high-quality clinical pharmacy services.
Qualifications:
- Eligible for licensure in Ontario with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part A)
- Minimum two to three years recent related clinical and progressive leadership in an acute care setting
- Minimum of five years clinical experience in hospital practice
Additional Information:
Hours: Currently Days/Evenings, including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)
Annual Salary:
Minimum: $104,227.50
Maximum: $130,279.50
