About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Consultant to join our team at Peninsula Canada. As a field-based role, you will provide expert advice and support to our clients in the Vancouver area, ensuring their health and safety needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support to clients on health and safety matters
  • Conduct client installation visits and provide recommendations
  • Liaise with government officials and other third parties on behalf of clients
  • Complete internal reports following client visits
  • Read and analyze client policies and documentation
  • Advise clients on the use of Peninsula's health and safety management system
  • Achieve internal key performance indicators

Requirements

  • A degree, diploma, or certificate in a relevant field
  • CRST/CRSP certification is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of British Columbia's Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in health and safety
