SPI Health and Safety is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health and Safety Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on health and safety matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct safety audits and hazard assessments on customer sites to ensure compliance with OHS regulations and industry best practices.
  • Develop and update OHS documentation, including audit reports, risk assessments, safe work procedures, and OHS programs.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of health and safety practices, assessments, and documents.
  • Perform a variety of roles on site, including health and safety supervision, OHS support, and other related services.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in occupational health and safety.
  • Experience as a health and safety advisor.
  • Experience in working at heights, in confined spaces, in lockout/tagout, and in developing health and safety procedures.
  • Confident in your knowledge, but able to consider all points of view.
