Job Title: Software Tester

We are seeking a skilled Software Tester to join our team at Slice Labs Inc. as a key member of our software development team.

Job Summary:

The Software Tester will be responsible for developing and executing software testing plans, installing and configuring software and hardware, and documenting test results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development and testing principles, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document software testing plans and procedures
  • Install and configure software and hardware for testing purposes
  • Execute and document test results, identifying defects and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement software testing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software releases
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and conduct design verification simulations and prototype bench tests
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Strong understanding of software development and testing principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Linux, HTML editing software, and other relevant technologies
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and testing frameworks
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities
