At Roots, we're looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in promoting our core values and providing exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with customers and build loyalty
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks
  • Maintain store standards and visual displays
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention policies

Requirements:

  • Retail experience preferably in apparel
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers
  • Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment
  • Ability to understand customer needs and build buy-in to ideas
