About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other relevant skills to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Staff Recruitment: Hire and recruit new food service staff to join our team, ensuring that we have the right people with the right skills to deliver our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
