As a Sales Advisor at Reliance Home Comfort, you will become an integral part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. About the Role

  • Present and sell our home comfort products and services to new and existing customers, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Update and work on our CRM platform to manage customer interactions and sales activities.

What We're Looking For

  • A growth mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • At least 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the business-to-consumer market, with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivation, results-driven, and highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • A strong commitment to skill development, with a willingness to learn and improve through weekly practice and coaching sessions.
  • A positive and professional presence, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.
