About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Residential Financing team, you'll play a crucial role in helping Personal Banking clients achieve their dream of homeownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement residential financing strategies to meet clients' needs
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to build and maintain a strong client base
- Stay up-to-date on National Bank's mortgage solutions and market trends
- Work closely with colleagues to identify and refer clients to specialized services
- Participate in business development activities and events to drive growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience
- Business development experience and ability to work with commission-based salary
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders
- Knowledge of mortgage credit solutions and financing products
