Job Title: Buyer, Accessory Development

We are seeking a skilled Buyer to join our team in the development of vehicle accessories. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality accessories for our BRP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development of BRP accessories, from creation to delivery to the distribution centre.
  • Ensure effective communication throughout the development process between suppliers, engineering teams, and planning and quality assurance departments.
  • Develop accessory sourcing strategies by analyzing current or potential supplier ecosystems.
  • Select suppliers in accordance with existing procedures.
  • Manage financial data, such as project margins, for projects under your responsibility.
  • Contribute to the development of an effective accessory supply network.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement and/or project management.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Windows software (Word, Excel, MS Project) and SAP.
  • Good organization, analytical skills, rigour, and autonomy.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, good communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for project management and manufacturing processes.
  • Availability to travel to suppliers.
  • A passion for BRP products.
