Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Kamloops Kia. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal performance.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
The Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
