We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Asian Kitchen NU Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute menus, estimating food requirements and ensuring timely preparation and presentation.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
- Inspect kitchen facilities and equipment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ordering as needed to maintain optimal levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
