We are seeking an experienced Installation Coordinator to join our team. As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of installation projects by ensuring seamless administrative coordination and logistical preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about logistics and administration to contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities
- Support and assist other coordinators with daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication among team members.
- Organize and prepare specialized tools, equipment, and consumables required for installation projects, ensuring all necessary materials are available in advance.
- Coordinate with suppliers or internal teams to monitor and arrange for any missing tools or materials needed at the installation site, preventing delays.
- Assist in booking and organizing accommodations for installation personnel, ensuring comfortable and efficient lodging arrangements during project assignments.

Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Willingness to travel for on-site coordination when needed.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus.
