Warehouse and Delivery Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Delivery Assistant at Trail Appliances. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, verify, unpack, and sort incoming materials in an organized fashion
  • Process and pack outgoing customer orders for shipping
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure warehouse safety and cleanliness
  • Greet and explain the delivery process to customers
  • Handle and install products safely and efficiently
  • Work with a trained delivery partner to complete deliveries
  • Complete required paperwork for each delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Experience operating a 5-ton truck or other large vehicle is an asset
  • Stand-up/sit-down counterbalance experience and certification
  • Ability to lift and meet physical demands
  • Strong appreciation for personal safety and that of others
