Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at Reliable Developments. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the thermal integrity of our buildings by installing and inspecting insulation materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Select and install the appropriate type of insulation required for the project.
  • Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers.
  • Estimate costs and materials for insulation projects.
  • Operate computer-aided design (CADD) and other software systems.
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in insulation installation.
  • Ability to work on site and handle heavy loads.
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina required.

Work Environment: This is a physically demanding role that requires working on site. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
