We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at Reliable Developments. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings are properly insulated to meet the highest standards of energy efficiency and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Select and apply the correct type of insulation for each project
  • Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs
  • Apply waterproofing cement or other materials to insulating materials
  • Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers
  • Estimate costs and materials for each project
  • Operate computer-aided design (CAD) and other software systems
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads
Working Conditions:

Our Insulation Specialist will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
