We're seeking a top-tier talent to complement our organization. The Manager, Change Management, will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of clients from local platforms to the global platform across multiple countries.

The role requires strong project management skills, understanding of client migration processes, and the ability to manage complex change initiatives across multiple regions. The Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager, Client Transition & Change Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for clients migrating to the global platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to standardize communication and training material across regions.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are well-equipped to support the transition process.
  • Assess the impact of client transitions on internal teams and clients, ensuring change-related risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Develop and implement feedback loops to gather insights from stakeholders.
  • Work with the Client Experience and Lifecycle team to gather client feedback.
  • Collaborate with communication teams to ensure clear, timely, and tailored change-related communications.
  • Support the incident management process by addressing transition-related issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Track and report on key change management metrics, including communication effectiveness, training uptake, and client adoption rates.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or a related role within financial services.
  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and change management processes.
  • Detailed-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.
