Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at DSONS TRANSPORT LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure efficient completion of administrative duties
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Oversee and coordinate office procedures, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative processes to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Work Environment:

Our office is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Working Hours:

32 hours per week.
