Job Title: Office Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Transmax Heavy Haul Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 35 hours per week
