We are seeking an experienced Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Archstone Projects Ltd. in building foundations for various construction projects.

About the Job

This is a permanent position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the loading and unloading of construction materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading construction materials from trucks and equipment
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures
  • Mixing and pouring concrete, as well as spreading materials such as asphalt
  • Assisting with framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Demolishing buildings and removing debris
Requirements
  • Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Experience an asset, but not required
