Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Botros Kodi Construction Ltd.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with precision and care.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades with attention to detail.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials with a focus on organization and tidiness.
  • Perform routine maintenance work with a focus on preventing equipment downtime.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants with a focus on safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites with a focus on cleanliness and organization.

Work Environment:

  • Work under pressure with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Physically demanding work that requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Tight deadlines and a fast-paced work environment that requires adaptability and flexibility.

Requirements:

  • Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) weight handling capacity.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
