About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Contract Administrator. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, communicating updates and changes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Track correspondence, maintain detailed and organized files, and oversee corporate records retention and maintenance.
  • Contract Preparation and Maintenance: Prepare and maintain contracts, including original contracts, correspondence, changes, deviations, amendments, clarifications, and payment schedules.
  • Liaison with Sales Team: Liaise with the sales team to obtain complete and executed contracts.
  • Contract Database Management: Maintain accurate electronic records of all contractual information.
  • Troubleshooting: Act as a troubleshooter to handle concerns raised, offering feedback and alternatives within acceptable timelines.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education plus a minimum of three years' experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Work Experience: 1-3 years' experience working in a contracts administration role.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • Skills: Excellent social skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to deal professionally with internal and external partners.
  • Assets: Knowledge of the AS400 Computer System, Rockwell SAP, and CRM SalesForce, as well as product knowledge of electrical supplies.
