Job Summary

Reconomy is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in Durham. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage contract administration activities, including data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Develop and maintain compliance checklists to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Provide support and training to Receiving Facility and Eligible Community Contractors to ensure contract compliance and data reporting requirements are satisfied.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve contract deficiencies/violations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain all documents related to the contract in a centralized filing system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract management processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of operational contract administration and compliance experience.
  • Proven experience working in an operational environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
