Contract Administrator

Job Summary
Reconomy is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in Durham. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our contract management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage contract administration activities, including data analysis and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain compliance checklists to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Provide support and training to Receiving Facility and Eligible Community Contractors to ensure contract compliance and data reporting requirements are satisfied.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve contract deficiencies/violations in a timely manner.
- Maintain all documents related to the contract in a centralized filing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract management processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of operational contract administration and compliance experience.
- Proven experience working in an operational environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
