Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Double Double Pizza & Chicken. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient food preparation and delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures to meet business needs.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and performance.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a dynamic team. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
