Human Resources Administrator
Millar Western is seeking a full-time Human Resources Administrator to join our Whitecourt Pulp Division. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this individual will be responsible for employee-related administrative duties, including payroll and benefits administration, record maintenance, and disability management program assistance.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, well-organized, flexible, and capable of working professionally with staff and visitors. They will work within a team environment, exhibiting a willingness to pitch in where needed to achieve company goals and objectives. Excellent communication and computer skills are required. 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Business Administration with a focus on human resources is necessary. Experience with SAP would be an asset. A Human Resources Management Degree or Certificate is preferred.
