Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Acosta. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class merchandising services to our clients in the Grocery, Cosmetic, and Electronic industries.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our clients' merchandising initiatives and enhance relationships with store and department managers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing and updating shelves, screens, and walls according to provided planograms and instructions.
- Scheduling and planning store visits within assigned territories.
- Communicating work schedules to support team members, as needed.
- Participating in training conference calls, online training, and on-the-job training as required.
- Establishing and fostering strong working relationships with key store contacts.
- Completing all shift reports, including daily reports with photographs of completed requests.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year of merchandising experience, preferably in the grocery industry.
- Intermediate-level English reading comprehension.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand and execute changes to planograms.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with strong communication skills (written and oral).
