About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team at Acosta, representing top companies in the Grocery, Cosmetic, and Electronic Industry. As a Merchandiser, you will have the opportunity to support our client's merchandising initiatives and enhance relationships with Store and Department Managers by delivering best-in-class merchandising services.

Responsibilities
  • Install and update shelves, screens, and walls according to the provided planogram and instructions.
  • Schedule and plan store visits within the assigned territory.
  • Communicate work schedules to the support team members, as needed.
  • Participate in training conference calls, online training, and on-the-job training as required.
  • Establish and foster strong working relationships with key store contacts.
  • Complete all shift reports, including daily reports with photographs of completed requests (online).
Requirements
  • 1+ Year Merchandising Experience
  • Intermediate level and above English reading comprehension.
  • Strong attention to detail, specifically understanding and executing changes to a planogram.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactively identify issues and show initiative in solving problems.
  • Energetic, independent, and enthusiastic.
  • Flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with timely responses during work days.
