Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team, focusing on the cosmetics industry. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' merchandising initiatives and enhancing relationships with store and department managers.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and maintain shelving, displays, and walls according to planograms and instructions provided.
- Plan and schedule store visits within assigned territories.
- Communicate work schedules to support team members, when required.
- Attend training conference calls, online training, and field training as needed.
- Develop strong working relationships with key in-store contacts.
- Complete daily reports, including photographs of completed tasks, online.
- Communicate and execute various calls with stores, including Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Best Buy, and Staples.
- Relevant merchandising experience (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail, specifically understanding and executing changes to a planograms.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral).
