Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Content Strategist to join our team at Relay. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives business growth and awareness among small business owners in the U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of content managers in creating impactful content across various platforms, including digital, blogs, newsletters, webinars, video, social media, print, and experiential.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of our content, using data-backed insights to iterate on content tactics and initiatives that drive greater outcomes.
  • Manage and coordinate external resources, such as freelance writers, designers, or agencies, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Conduct ongoing research and customer interviews to inform industry-leading opportunities that support our business growth.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and leading content teams that drive measurable, impactful bottom-line growth.
  • Creative storytelling skills, with the ability to craft narratives that resonate with customers and stand out in the market.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to measure the impact of content work.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.

The Interview Process

We will conduct a four-stage interview process, consisting of a Google Meets video call with a member of the People Team, a 45-minute video call with the Director of Brand, a take-home writing sample and case study, followed by a 1-hour presentation of your solution to our Marketing team, and finally a 30-min video call with a member of Relay's Leadership team.
