Lead a team of Relationship Managers through goal setting and coaching to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
Foster strong relationships with clients to retain the current book of business and deepen existing banking relationships.
Promote ATB Financial's initiatives and values through participation in internal and external events.
Design, execute, and evaluate sales and service strategies and initiatives to boost business performance.
Evaluate and mitigate operational, regulatory, and credit risk to ensure ATB Financial's risk tolerance is upheld.
