About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to high net worth clients, providing comprehensive financial planning solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and drive business results, leveraging expertise in Canadian financial planning and key concepts.
  • Develop and implement tailored financial plans for high net worth clients, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay current on industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of Disability Solutions, embracing a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience as a financial planner in the wealth management industry.
  • Accredited Financial Planning designation (IQPF applicable for Quebec).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with attention to detail and ability to juggle competing deadlines.

Benefits:

In addition to a competitive salary range of $130,000-150,000 in BC, the successful candidate can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, RRSP matching program, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, volunteer days, discretionary bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and more.
