Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Chevron On the Run, Peace River. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our gas station, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales workers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Manage inventory, order merchandise, and authorize returns
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
- Organize and maintain inventory, supervise staff, and manage cash
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Basic security clearance
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Our gas station is a retail service establishment with a fast-paced environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a variety of weather conditions.
