Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Chevron On the Run, Peace River. As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our gas station, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operations of the gas station, including fuel sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting customer service standards and performing their duties efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including the fueling area, convenience store, and restrooms.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
