Bank Manager Lead

At the Bank of Montreal, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bank Manager Lead to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for leadership and sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in retail banking, with a proven track record of success in managing teams, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding, directing, and coaching employees to deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects. They will understand the needs of customers and provide sales and service in their best interests. Additionally, they will identify and make referrals to other business groups, support sales and customer service activities, and ensure alignment between values and behavior that fosters diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction through effective leadership and sales strategies.
- Manage and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to grow the business and maximize branch revenues, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Produce and execute a branch business plan to maximize business growth and wallet share and achieve customer retention and acquisition objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Maintain current knowledge of personal banking and credit card industries, practices, and trends, and integrate into customer conversations.
- Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in retail banking.
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
- In-depth knowledge of all branch operational processes and policies.
- In-depth knowledge of branch technologies, processes, and performance metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations, audit standards, and related policies, procedures, and directives.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans. Our total compensation package is designed to recognize and reward your hard work and dedication.
