Job Title: Finance Vice-President

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Vice-President to join our team at Active Pilates Inc.

Job Summary

The Finance Vice-President will be responsible for leading our financial operations, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the financial health of the organization.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and the board of directors.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure the successful execution of financial operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
