In the role of Administrative Assistant at MG Transport Ltd, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team. This position involves evaluating daily operations, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and training staff. Additionally, you will establish and implement policies and procedures, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies. You will also schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries.
