Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to lead our construction projects in the Saskatoon area.

Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities- Participate in construction planning, estimating, and execution
- Manage craft and subcontractor resources as a general contractor
- Builid a competitive and sustainable team
- Demonstrate safety leadership
- Ensure workforce capabilities and certifications
- Develop and clarify field installation work packages
- Operate and maintain equipment according to standards and practices
- Direct and coordinate multiple projects and teams
- Anticipate, identify, and resolve conflicts and issues, and communicate changes to stakeholders and customers
- Minimum 5 years' experience as superintendent in the infrastructure, mining, or energy sector
- Minimum 10 years' construction experience
- Journeyperson trade certification or diploma/degree in construction management/engineering
- Estimating experience considered an asset
- Experience leading a portfolio of projects valued at $5M+
- Solid understanding of construction methods and blueprint reading
- Superior leadership skills
- Developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel and work on project sites across Saskatchewan
