We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at the Black Sheep Pub & Liquor Store. This role will involve providing exceptional administrative support to our management team, with a focus on salary negotiation and budget administration.

Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports to ensure accurate information and timely decision-making;
- Preparing agendas and making arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings to facilitate effective communication;
- Conducting research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in salary negotiation and budget administration;
- Liaising with departmental and corporate officials, as well as other organizations and associations, to build relationships and negotiate contracts;
- Administering budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and identify areas for cost savings;
- Proposing improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency;
- Establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers to secure the best possible deals;
- Preparing reports to provide insight into financial performance and identify areas for improvement;
- Coordinating special publicity events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness;
- Negotiating business contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business administration or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement changes;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload;
- Dependability, time management, and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Adaptability to learn new technologies and systems quickly;
