About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Banking Associate to join our Agriculture Services team. As a Business Banking Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our agricultural clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agricultural clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with Account Managers to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of banking services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Agricultural Sciences or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
